MedStar National Rehabilitation Network spinal cord injury research team has developed a series of tools to better help monitor urinary symptoms based on bladder management. These questionnaires will guide you to make informed decisions on how to manage your symptoms.

Who is the Urinary Symptom Questionnaire for Neurogenic Bladder - Intermittent Catheterization (USQNB-IC) for?
The USQNB-IC was developed for individuals with neurogenic bladder due to Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Spina Bifida (SB), or Multiple Sclerosis(MS) using intermittent catheterization.

Who is the Urinary Symptom Questionnaire for Neurogenic Bladder - Voiding (USQNB-V) for?
The USQNB-V was developed for individuals with neurogenic bladder due to Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) or Multiple Sclerosis (MS) but voids all or most of the time without the use of a catheter.
