The National Center for Children’s Rehabilitation (NCCR) in Washington, D.C., is a joint service of MedStar National Rehabilitation Network and Children’s National Health System, one of the country’s leading pediatric institutions.
NCCR first opened its doors in 2003 to give children, parents and physicians in the Washington, D.C., region inpatient rehabilitation services close to home. Now area families no longer need to travel long distances to give their children the expert services they need.
It is located in a state-of the-art, child-friendly and secure 12-bed inpatient unit in MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital–one of the nation’s top rehabilitation facilities. The hospital sits on a medical campus in northwest Washington, D.C., within walking distance of Children’s National, in the heart of the nation’s capital and minutes from Capitol Hill.
