Breanne Condon

Breanne Condon PT, DPT is an outpatient physical therapist at Medstar National Rehabilitation Hospital.  She graduated from Slippery Rock University with her Bachelors in Science with a degree in Exercise Science in 2011. Following her bachelor’s degree, she attended Chatham University and graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy in 2013.  Since graduating from graduate school, she has obtained her neurological specialist certification (NCS) in 2018 from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists.  She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy. Ms. Condon has been working with the driving rehabilitation program since 2018 and has been an employee with Medstar NRH since 2016.


Katie Fair

Katie Fair, MS, OTR/L, CDRS is the Driving Program Specialist at MedStar NRH Rehabilitation Network.  Katie is an occupational therapist and Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist with 15 years experience working in neurologic rehabilitation.  She was first introduced to driver rehabilitation as a student at Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center in 2003. She started working in driver rehabilitation with MedStar NRH in 2014 and started a low tech driver rehab program at the MedStar NRH, Mclean site in 2017.  She obtained her Certified Driving Instructor credential in 2016 and her Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist credential in 2017. She is currently in a Doctorate program at Thomas Jefferson University where her capstone project is focusing on driving after concussion.

Ann Smith-Williams  

Ann has 20+ years as an Occupational Therapist working in a variety of healthcare settings in the UK and in the USA, including sub-acute and skilled nursing facilities, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, home-care and work hardening. The last 5 years, she has been working in Driver Rehabilitation. In this current position she have been dedicated to develop, support, promote, build and expand on this much needed Driving Program to clients with varying degrees of physical disabilities, mental, visual and cognitive deficits.  She has worked for Medstar NRH for the past 3 years and has given many clients the ability to regain their independence to drive to the coffee shop, barbers/hairdressers, medical appointments and return to work after thinking that they would not be able to resume this invaluable functional activity.
