Rehabilitation Services

We provide comprehensive services featuring orthopedic, musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.

MedStar NRH Rehabilitation Network at the Bel Air Athletic Club offers orthopaedic services for all ages and activity levels. Our orthopaedic specialists treat both acute and chronic injuries and conditions, including those of the back and spine, and work collaboratively with MedStar Health’s renowned orthopaedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists to best address function and returning our clients to their everyday lives.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service that begins with convenient access, a comfortable environment of care and a compassionate team of highly-skilled clinicians and administrative staff. Patients return to our centers for the challenge and satisfaction of working collaboratively with our dedicated staff to achieve their therapy goals.

    • Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park

  • Chelsea Mitchell, PT, DPT:
    • Chelsea received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Stevenson University
    • She then went on to receive her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore

  • Karen Zimmerman, PTA, ATC:
    • Karen received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Salisbury University
    • She received her Associate of Arts Degree to be a Physical Therapy Assistant from Anne Arundel Community College

Stroke Comeback Club
For stroke survivors, family and friends.

Meets on the third Thursday of every month from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.  in the large Conference Room at the Bel Air Athletic Club.
