Jessica Clark, PhD, is a neuropsychologist conducting assessments and psychotherapy with individuals who have various neurological conditions. She is the co-director of the Transitions, Neuro Day Treatment Program, working with day program patients as well as other outpatients. She is involved in the MedStar NRH Concussion Clinic, and has worked with various professional athletic teams. She also provides supervision as part of the MNRH Neuropsychology Fellowship. 

After completing her undergraduate education at Penn State University, Dr. Clark received her PhD in Clinical Psychology, specializing in neuropsychology, from the University of Kentucky. She completed an APA accredited clinical psychology internship within the neuropsychology track at the VA Maryland Health Care System/University of Maryland School of Medicine Psychology Internship Consortium in Baltimore, Maryland. She completed a two-year neuropsychology fellowship, consistent with APA Division 40/Houston Guidelines, at the MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Clark has a broad background in neuropsychological assessment and treatment, rehabilitation, and various types of cognitive-behavioral therapeutic interventions. Her patient population includes individuals who have sustained brain injury, cerebrovascular accident, brain tumors, dementia, and/or psychological disorders. In addition to clinical work, Dr. Clark has conducted research in traumatic brain injury, including studies of working memory in moderate to severe TBI utilizing fMRI, and exploring interventions for improving poor self-awareness after brain injury. Publications and presentations include research on neuropsychological assessment, neuroimaging, MTBI and PTSD in veterans, and capacity issues.
